Evil Ryu / 殺意リュウ-

Official Capcom art print I did for the talented folks at Kinetiquettes. They're an upcoming creative team making collectible statues with a focus on movement.

Can't tell you what a crazy fan I am of street fighter, I approached this piece thinking a lot about Ryu's personality and decided to go for a look of composure. Satsui No Hadou's display of power
shouldn't always be about snarling and teeth grinding, instead I used his hair to depict his fury. I think this look is more threatening and commands a higher level of respect.

You can acquire the print by ordering their Evil Ryu / 殺意リュウ- 1/6 scale diorama, it's one of the coolest statue of Ryu and it pairs up with their upcoming Oni 1/6 diorama that looks just as swell.
